Roadmaster Tow Defender Protective Screening Installation - 2010 Jeep Commander- Video

Today on our 2010 Jeep Commander, we're going to be taking a look at and I'm going to show you how to install the Roadmaster Tow Defender Protective Screening, part number RM-4750. This is what our Tow Defender looks when it's installed. The main purpose of the Tow Defender is to deflect any debris kicked up by our RV tires. It's gonna be constructed of a mesh material, it's going to allow air to flow through it to reduce the amount of bouncing up and down it's gonna do while we're traveling, while deflecting any of that debris from hitting the front of our vehicle. It's gonna add two gas struts on the RV side to allow movement of the screen when turning. It's gonna attach to our two bar receiver with a sleeve, and it's also gonna attach to our baseplate quick disconnect bar with a bracket like this on each side. more
